Past-President Ron Burton<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Founded by The First Team of the Second Century of Rotary,<\/p>\n<p>(Zone 25 &amp; 26 Governors of 2005-2006)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.taptrain.com\/rotary\">http:\/\/www.taptrain.com\/rotary<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Encouraging Accelerated Giving to the Rotary Foundation<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Society was formed in September 2004 at the Rotary Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona<br \/>\nto promote regular, significant, annual giving to the Rotary Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>The Duties of Membership:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Donate US $5,000 to The Rotary Foundation in a Rotary year.<\/li>\n<li>Recruit one other Rotarian to do the same.<\/li>\n<li>Donations may take the form of cash instruments, credit cards, stock and other capital assets, or irrevocable insurance policies made to the Bequest Society.<\/li>\n<li>Contributions should be made directly to the Rotary Foundation.<\/li>\n<li>Donors should notify The White Hat Chairman, PDG Ed Mullen of District 5870, <a href=\"mailto:ed.mullen@taptrain.com\">mullen@taptrain.com<\/a>, 1-254-698-2304 of their contributions and status.<\/li>\n<li>All contributions will be credited to the Rotarian Donor, Club, and District.<\/li>\n<li>The donor indicates the program or Fund to which the donation should be applied.<\/li>\n<li>Contributions qualify for Paul Harris Fellowships if the donor specifies the Annual Fund as the recipient.<\/li>\n<li>Each additional $5,000 donation will be awarded another Concho for the White Hat pin.<\/li>\n<li>It is not required that one donate each year.<\/li>\n<li>A Donation of $25,000 or greater merits a Lifetime Award.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Russell-Hampton Company has created an exclusive White Hat Society Pin at no cost for the Membership.\u00a0 The Russell-Hampton Company maintains a link on its website to publicize the Society, http:\/\/www.bestclubsupplies.com\/aboutus.asp.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u><br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>GOLDEN GATE<\/u><\/strong><strong><u> MEMBERSHIP<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>LEVEL 10<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<table width=\"236\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"2\" width=\"164\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>PDG Riki &amp;
