We develop a team-based advanced leadership program that uses projects, team building, and assessments to enhance the leadership skills of staff members.
The purpose of the Academy is
• To motivate each staff member to develop and use his or her full potential.
• To create formal and informal mechanisms to help staff attain job- and career-related development and learning objectives.
• To encourage stronger working relationships among departments.
A key concept is to introduce both personal and organizational accountability measures. This will allow the creation of focused training, analysis of problems, and the development of meaningful solutions.
